Testimonial: Your feedback becomes our projects!
Everything you say to us is important. We use this feedback to make changes in operations or start new projects.
At present we are working on numerous projects that are based on your comments and feedback. We are rehabilitating our parking lots by making the lighting better, repairing certain areas, and sealing and striping. We will also enhance the lighting in our parking lots and put more shelters so you can wait for the shuttle bus away from rain and snow. We are also going to separate the electronic airline ticket kiosks away from the counters so you can readily use kiosks without standing in line. We are adding two more passenger screening lanes at the checkpoint so that you will not have to wait in lines for an extended period of time. We will be taking all the X-ray machines out of the ticketing lobby so can easily conduct your business with the airlines. We are adding more restaurants and news and gift stores based on your feedback during our customer service survey last year. We signed a development agreement for a new hotel so that you can stay at a nice facility on airport property. We installed more than fifty large signs this year for way-finding on the access road to the terminal and parking. We also included a Dynamic sign to give you minute-by-minute status on parking lots.
We like to hear from you. Your feedback gives us a pathway for continuous improvement. Your feedback matters to us.
