Passenger Amenities


ADA Information - The Dayton International Airport provides assistance to those with disabilities. Wheelchair assistance is available to all passengers. Please contact your airline for specific requests. Companion assisted restrooms are available in the pre-security area as well as across from the bookstore. Elevator access is provided in both concourses. TDD phones are available at the information center and in the Airport police offices in B Concourse. Handicapped parking is available in every lot. Customers with disabilities can take advantage of the lowest daily by notifying the cashier upon exiting the parking lot and showing an official disabled license plate or permit. While parked in a handicapped space, vehicles must have an official disabled license plate or a permit prominently displayed. Shuttle service is available from the economy parking lot in accessible vehicles. Further information can be obtained by contacting the parking lot operator at (937) 898-1555.
Information Center -The Airport Information Center is located in the baggage claim area and can provide you with airport information, paging assistance and a variety of printed materials on local attractions. Hours of Operation: 6:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. (Monday-Friday) 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (Saturday) 11:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Sunday) Paging Assistance To page a passenger, please call 937-454-8225.
Lost & Found - Located in the Airport Police Offices in the B Concourse or by calling 937-454-8327.
Business Travelers Center
Tours - The Dayton International Airport is a great place to see how the aviation industry operates first hand, and an ideal field trip for students beginning to think about their future. Tours are offered on a pre-scheduled basis Monday through Friday. If you are interested in booking a tour, please call our Tour Guide at 937-454-8406. Educators should note that the most successful visits are the ones where the students have had expectations clearly outlined for them and then have some specific tasks that help them key into things they see and hear.
USO - Located in the ticketing lobby, the USO is a private, nonprofit organization whose mission is to support the troops by providing welfare and recreation-type services to our men and women in uniform. The USO provides snacks, a lounge area and TV rooms. Visit www.uso.org for more information about the organization. Hours of Operation: Daily 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Meditation Room - The Dayton International Airport provides an interfaith Meditation Room located in the ticketing lobby. People of all faiths are welcome to use the Meditation Room. The Meditation Room is open 24 hours per day.
Arts & Music
Free WiFi - The Dayton International Airport offers free wireless internet service throughout the Terminal Building. You can now access the internet using your wireless-ready handheld devices by following these simple directions: • Select the public wireless network and connect. (SSID / Service Set Identifier is “public”) • Ensure that encryption is turned off as this is an open network connection. This includes all authentication methods (WEP, WAP, etc.). • Once connected, open a web browser and surf freely or launch your VPN (virtual private network) client to connect to work.
Shoe Shine - The Shoe Shine stand is located just past the security checkpoint.
Massage Chairs - Relax with a soothing massage whether waiting for a flight or to greet a passenger. Massage chairs are available in each concourse and pre-security in baggage claim. Rates are $1.00 for 3 minutes or $5.00 for 15 minutes.
Charging Stations - Electronic charging stations are available in each concourse to re-charge your cell phones or other electronic devices at a cost of $3.00 for 30 minutes.
Luggage Carts - SmarteCarte luggage carts are available throughout the terminal as well as curbside at a cost of $3.00 per cart.
ATM - ATM machines are located in the ticketing lobby and post-security across from Cinnabon. Flowers - A floral vending machine is located in the baggage claim area. Pay Phones - Pay phones are located throughout the terminal. Vending Machines - Beverage and snack machines are located throughout the terminal.
CNN - CNN is available at selected gate areas.
FedEx Shipping - FedEx has a drop off box and a full-service office located at 3605 Concorde Drive, Vandalia, Ohio 45377. Please visit their website at www.fedex.com for more information.
Post Office - Postage Stamps are available through the Fifth Third Bank ATM located pre-security. Mail Drop - A mail drop is located in the Terminal Building, at post-security across from Boston Stoker.
